FAT SECRETS 3-Book Series

I have read the Fat Secrets book cover to cover and all I can say is it is absolutely amazing. Her story had me in tears because I had similar experiences. I love the cook book and look forward to trying the recipes.

I’ve already started using the journal. I had no idea of how to track my macros and now this journal is perfect.

I ordered and received all 3 books. Fat Secrets, Fat Secrets Journal, and the Cooking Keto cookbook. I immediately started reading and I’m glad I did. The Fat Secrets book is very informative and thought provoking. It all makes so much sense. The recipe book has a lot of healthy recipes. I haven’t had my books that long so I’ve only tried two things. The Pretty Pancakes and the Tasty Three Egg Omelette w/Avocado were delicious. After I purchase and receive the Lean Warrior Plant Base Protein, I plan to try the So Yummy Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie.
Denise King has done an excellent job. It’s obvious she has done a lot of research. It’s obvious to me that she cares about others and wants the best for us. Her testimony is amazing. I’m looking forward to making life style changes in my life because of great motivation from Denise King. Thank you Denise.
